My friend David and I are starting strict food journals tomorrow. He’s skinny as a rail, but he eats like a pig and wants to eat healthier, so I don’t mind him being my “getting healthy buddy” one bit. It’s hilarious, when we go hiking or running… He’s always like “Jillian Michaels would kick your ass right now!” haha… It definitely helps...
