I have my race goals all set for the year, and I have a general marathon training plan outlined, but I’ve kind of hit a roadblock. I don’t want to give up strength training, but I have no idea how to incorporate it! Is there anyone else who did strength training along with their marathon training? How did you fit it in? Any help would be lovely!! Please?
