Oh hello my Saturday frenemy. :) kicked the ropes ass tonight.
My Saturday rope routine is…
- 5 minute jogging warmup
- 30 sec ropes, full arm/half squat
- 30 sec rest
- 30 sec ropes tricep/half squat
- 30 sec rest
- 30 sec full body rope slam with squat
- 2 laps of track
Do the above 4x, and end with 5 minute track walk for cool down.
On paper it seems like it’d be easy, but this day is hell.
