WOD This Morning
2nd day at Crossfit Edmonton. It was awesome! I’m learning sooo much. AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible… I had no idea what that meant before today lol) 4min… x 3 sets 5 dead lifts (35lb pole, 2 x 10lb plates) 1. 4 min - 2 rounds + dead lifts So much fun!! 2 notes:
