WOD This Morning

2nd day at Crossfit Edmonton. It was awesome! I’m learning sooo much.

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible… I had no idea what that meant before today lol)

4min… x 3 sets

5 dead lifts (35lb pole, 2 x 10lb plates)
5 ring dips (modified with a band)
5 knee to elbows (mine were more knee to hips)
10 lunges

1. 4 min - 2 rounds + dead lifts
2. 4 min - 2 rounds + dead lifts/ring dips
3. 4 min - 2 rounds + dead lifts/ring dips/2 knees to elbows

So much fun!!
